TERMS OF USE
artopoulospites.gr is the electronic sales store (hereinafter the “e-shop”) of the company with the name “Artopoulospites” (hereinafter “THE COMPANY”) based in, 127 Athens Avenue Acharnes, Street and legally represented.
The following terms and conditions cover exclusively every sale of products through the company’s online store located on the artopoulospites.gr website. Any other Terms and Conditions are expressly excluded. Every user who enters and transacts or uses the services of the online store (hereinafter the “customer” or “user”, respectively) is considered to consent and unconditionally accept the conditions set forth here, without any exception. If a User does not agree with these terms, he must refrain from using the online store and any transaction with it. The COMPANY reserves the right to change the terms of use at any time.
1. Information & Products
The COMPANY is committed to the truth, accuracy and completeness of the information listed in the online store regarding the identity and details of both the COMPANY and its suppliers and the main characteristics of the products available through the online store shop. The COMPANY reserves the right and is not bound for any technical or typographical errors made by mistake, oversight or due to force majeure and which it accepts to correct if they come to its attention.
2. Limitation of Liability
The COMPANY fully complies with the provisions of the Civil Code regarding the sale and the provisions of Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection as amended and in force.
The COMPANY, in the context of its transactions from the online store, informs the Customer based on the data of availability or non-availability of the products kept at each time and in no case can it guarantee their availability. In any case, the COMPANY undertakes to inform the Customer in time about the unavailability, so in this case, too it bears no further responsibility.
The COMPANY strives to provide high-quality services every day. In the context of good faith, the COMPANY is not responsible and is not bound for any errors in features, photos and prices of products listed on the site and cannot ensure that there will be no errors for any reason when entering and/or updating the features and/ and the price of a product.
The COMPANY has no responsibility for any unauthorised interventions by third parties in products and/or services and/or information available through the online store.
The COMPANY does not represent in any way that the information in the documents and announcements published on this server is suitable for any purpose. Any such document and related graphics are provided “as is” without any warranty.
The COMPANY makes every effort to provide high-quality services but cannot guarantee that there will be no interruptions or errors.
3. User responsibility
Each User is free to use the site by the Law and good morals.
The responsibility for the contents of the transactions belongs exclusively to the User.
The COMPANY does not exercise any type of correction or intervention in the data transferred by the User. The User must correctly and accurately fill in the following fields: name, address, message, etc., in the online contact forms. The use of the site is subject to Greek, European and International laws, and the User agrees not to use our site to violate these laws.
In the context of the above, the User agrees and undertakes not to use the online store for:

In addition, the User agrees that all members, partners, employees, management, shareholders and other partners of the COMPANY are not responsible for anything arising from third-party members who use the site. Any use contrary to the above, apart from penalties or civil penalties, also results in the termination of the services provided without notice.
4. Intellectual & Industrial Property Rights

6. Confidentiality Statement

8. Product Returns – Cancellations
You have the right to return the product you purchased within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. Exchange is made with products of equal or more excellent value. POLICY CHANGE
In the case of a change, you send us the parcel back, the shipping costs are charged to us, while to receive the new parcel, the shipping costs are €2.50. For each subsequent change, the shipping costs are €5.00. POLICY CHANGE
For Cyprus
Returns are made within 14 working days of receiving your parcel. The shipping costs to send the package to us are yours. The product must be in perfect condition, as you received it, and the unique markings (tags/barcode) must not have been removed. POLICY CHANGE
In case of an error by the company in sending the product or receiving a defective product, the shipping costs are borne entirely by our company. POLICY CHANGE
For the refund process, note on the change form that you wish to receive a refund and indicate to us the bank, the beneficiary’s name and the account number (IBAN) to which you want the deposit to be made. The refund is made within the next 7 working days from receipt of the returned product.
In the case of a deposit to a different bank, the transfer is borne by the Beneficiary (Client) and not by the Depositor (website). The company bears no responsibility for any damages or wear of the products after use and is not obliged to replace them. POLICY CHANGE
